Some 7th graders at Space Coast were told by their teachers yesterday that they will not be going to Space Coast next year and they will be bussed to Clearlake. Does anyone have more information on this?
A group is getting together to hand out flyers at the PSJ Christmas Parade on December 15th. We need to make the community aware.

Dr. Bobay's comments from above should rest the fears of current 7th graders. Well, maybe not, we were told we would be building a new middle school... Can we trust their word?
been hearing we were going to get a new school for 3 years now. school was suspose to be finished this school yearbut has never been started .i think its the school board shafting us again .if you look at it they had never intended to build the school its their way of getting out of it by shipping our kids out.id like to know what happened to the funding they said we had almost 4 years agofor the new school?AND ARE WE BEING TAXED FOR THE FUNDINF FOR THE NEW SCHOOL WE NEVER GOT????signed jl

I'd like to kow where the funds went as well. I know that question has been asked but no direct answer has been given.
I just learned that the recent construction/build up of SCHS "encroached" on the land next to it. The land was orginally large enough for a High School it now is not. It is large enough for a Middle School however. If we do not have enough student for a middle school because they bus them out then there is no need to build a middle school.
Was this deliberate? I have heard that question as well.
