Sunshine State Law ~ is posting on the website enough?

Is anyone versed enough in the Sunshine State Law?
A question has come up if posting a possible re-districting just on the school board website enough of a full disclosure to the community? "In the Sunshine" is to keep everything open to the public. I, personally, do not believe "It's not hidden, we have it posted on the website." is in the spirit of the Sunshine Law. Any lawyers out there to help us with this question?

I believe that all sunshine requires is public notice of meetings. I cannot be certain but a web posting would be just as good as a posting in the news paper. I am sure that they have been covering themselves as far as this goes b/c of all of the back lash they are receiving.
