Brevard Public Schools Closed Again Thursday, Aug. 21

VIERA—Due to the lingering effects of Tropical Storm Fay, including severe flooding in some neighborhoods and areas adjacent to schools, Brevard Public Schools will remain closed Thursday, Aug. 21. All activities are canceled for Thursday. BPS employees should not report to work Thursday unless directed by their supervisor.

Employees and the public are encouraged to monitor local media and the district Web site, www.brevardschools.org, for any updates. The District’s public information hotline will also be updated with recorded information and may be reached by calling (321) 633-1000, ext. 797.
