Dear God in heaven! This is insane! We have emergency services having to charge for 911, school systems having to cut jobs and student activities, AND THESE CROOKS are working loop holes to pull retirement AND salary simultaneously???? We need to put this to an end and look into pressing charges if possible. At the very least this type of "leadership" needs to be purged from our midst.
