1. Change your Light
If every household in the US replaced 1 regular light bulb with 1 of those
new compact fluorescent bulbs, the pollution reduction would be equivalent to
removing 1 million cars from the road.
According to Consumer Reports the most cost effective compact bulbs is the Wal-Mart brand.
