Can you give a little more background on this event? There is really nothing online describing it and I am unfamiliar. The name sounds like it's something to do with German food, which, I will admit I have a soft spot for.
It is similar to the fairs the other Catholic churches have in October. There will be carinval rides, game booths, great food including funnel cake and of course bratwurst.
