Friday, March 13, at 5:00pm at Fay Lake Wilderness Park just west of I-95 at the end of Fay Blvd. PSJ will have a running/jogging group which will run a distance of 5k (about 3.2 miles).
We will have a faster and not so fast group so anyone interested in meeting and encouraging fellow runners are welcome. It is recommended runners bring something to keep hydrated.

Updated info on PSJ run/walk group:
PSJ runners and walkers are now meeting Mon, Wed, Fri at 5:30 am (that's right - in the MORNING) at Fay Lake Wilderness Park at the far west end of Fay Blvd. Both walkers and runners are welcome. Run/walk distances and speeds vary so there is a place for everyone of all fitness levels and ages. The group includes teenagers to retirees! Anyone interested can just show up or if you have questions, can e-mail psjrunwalk@gmail.com.
