Baseball & Softball Registration Dates:
Sunday, Oct 25, 1-4 pm - $65 (early bird savings)
Sunday, Nov 8, 1-5 pm - $80
Sunday, Nov 22, 1-5 pm - $80
Sunday, Dec 6, 1-4 pm - $90
Saturday, Jan 9, 1-5 pm - $100 (late fee)
Wed., Jan 13, 5-8 pm - $100 (late fee)
Please remember to bring a birth certificate (some may have them on file from last year), and 3 proofs of residency. You must have 3 proofs to register. The proofs must come from 3 separate categories below. If you have two from the same category, it will only count as one (not two) proofs:
Driver's license
Car or boat registration
Voter's registration
Mortgage or tenant record
Utility bill (gas, electric (FPL or Cocoa Utility), phone, cell phone, water, sewer, paper, waste) Cable or Internet bill
Military records
School records
Child care or child support records
Insurance documents
Federal records
State records
Local (municipal records)
Financial (loan, credit, investment)
Employment records
Make sure that any record that you are using as proof has your home address on it (PO boxes won't work). We can't use addresses on an envelope or addresses on checks as a proof. They will not have on-line registration this season.
