SPACE COAST JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL PROJECT GRADUATION 2008 NEWS

Project Graduation 2008 is in full swing planning and fundraising for to provide a FABULOUS NIGHT IN HOLLYWOOD for our Class of 2008 graduating seniors. We will have a DJ, Karaoke, a Hypnotist, Caricaturists, A Full Casino, A Spa Area (with massages), Air Hockey, Foosball, Ping-Pong, Inflatable Jousting Ring, An Inflatable Obstacle Coarse, A Money Machine, A Photographer, “Space Coast Idol” Stage, Guitar Hero/Rock Band Contests, and Lots of Food and Prizes! This is understandably a very expensive and time-consuming endeavor, but very worthwhile to keep our Seniors SAFE on graduation night!

The NEXT Project Graduation work/meeting is on Thursday, April 3rd, at 7:00 – 9:00 PM, at Kline’s Jewelry Store in the Front of Port St. John. Everyone interested is encouraged to attend!

SENIOR PARENTS WE NEED YOU!! We also need help from our seniors, our junior parents and our community! Our Senior class graduates on May 30, 2008 and it will be here before you know it!

• March 29th: Yard/Rummage Sale - Coming Up On March 29th (Saturday) From 7 AM to 1 PM at the Methodist Church On Fay Boulevard In The Front Of Port St. John (By CVS). We have a storage unit at Horizon Mini-Storage on Curtis Boulevard, so if you want to donate items, we’ll store them for you up until March 29th!! • April 5th: Open House at The Loft; Mail Box-It; Bagel Paradise and the Massage Depot – From 1 – 4 PM, Come Out And Patronize These Businesses and Sign Up For Services. • April 15th: Deadline For Hollywood Star Orders For the Project Graduation Walk of Fame – Orders are being taken for Hollywood Stars that look just like the ones on Hollywood Boulevard. These are 12” X 12” Peel-N-Stick Replica’s of the Stars in front of Grauman’s Chinese Theater on Hollywood Boulevard. Stars will be personalized with each child’s name and will be used to make our own “Walk of Fame” at project graduation. • PSJ Rockets Registration Raffle - The Port St. John Rockets Youth Football and Cheerleading Organization has donated one free cheerleading or football registration to Project Graduation. • Greenhaus Flower Cards – Project Graduation is selling “Flower Cards” from Greenhaus Flowers and Gifts, located in the shopping center across from Fay Park on Fay Boulevard. Flower cards are $30.00 and are good for one whole year. The first month you get a vase and a flower arrangement. Then each following month, you take your flower card to Greenhaus Florist and you get another arrangement! • PSJ Car Wash Tickets – Project Graduation is selling “Car Wash Tickets” good for getting your car washed anytime at the Port St. John Car Wash on Curtis Boulevard. Tickets are $8.00 each!

All Seniors that work as volunteers for ANY Project Graduation fundraiser will earn tickets which can be used towards the raffles for the really great prizes that will be given away at Project Graduation. The more you work, the more tickets you get, so get your Seniors involved to help raise money for this worthwhile cause.
