Brevard Public Schools Closed Tuesday, Aug. 19
VIERA—All Brevard Public Schools will be closed Tuesday, Aug. 19, as Tropical Storm Fay approaches. All activities are canceled for the day. No employees should report to work unless notified by their supervisor. Officials will continue to monitor the weather and will make an announcement regarding Wednesday’s classes during the day on Tuesday.
Employees and the public are encouraged to monitor local media and the district Web site, www.brevardschools.org, for any updates. The District’s public information hotline will also be updated with recorded information and may be reached by calling (321) 633-1000, ext. 797.
